Thank you for supporting our charity event that will benefit the Susan G. Komen Foundation. This is the 8th year for this event. We have new activities and additions to the event. We feel confident that this year's event will encourage you to make this an annual event!!

May 12-13, 2017 | Friday 5 pm - Saturday 11 am 

Embassy Suites Pittsburgh International Airport

The event will be on the 3rd floor. All overnight guests on the 3rd floor will be participating in Pamperfest.

You are participating as an overnight Pamperfest guest.

The event schedule:

Friday

4 pm Check In  (no early check ins permitted)

5:30 -7:30 pm - Complimentary drinks & light snacks in the Atria area. This is a good time to schedule your pampering service appts.

6 pm - Vendor suites are open for Pamperfest guest and visitors. 

8 pm – Goodie bags, Pamperfest bracelets, programs, auction tickets, scavenger hunt clues, Chinese auction tickets delivered to rooms

Midnight - Vendors will close their doors for walk through guests. Only appointments accepted.

 

Saturday

7 am - cook to order breakfast is served.

8 am - Vendor suites open for Pamperfest guest and visitors 

11 am – Event ends.    Pampered Mom Expo in the Jr. Ballroom begins.

12 pm - Check out 

Your room is reserved under the name of the person that received this email.

The name of the person that the room is reserved in should be the person to check in. Other suite guests should wait in the lobby of the hotel, to eliminate congestion at the front desk. If you have guests joining you later, please text them your room number. There is no need for them to stop at the hotel registration.

Your suite has been secured in the Pamperfest block. Pamperfest is not responsible for any other charges other than the room rate. To prevent any additional charges to Pamperfest, you will need a credit card to check in. You will only be charged if you use the following services: 

•                Room service (food, drink, etc.)

•                Bottle water in the suites (you drink it, then you bought it)

•                Long distance phone service

•                Movies ordered

•                Early check in

•                Late check out

If you do not use the services, then you will not be charged.

As an overnight guest, you will be entitled to "Special Perks". Overnight guest will need to wear their pink wristband (event bracelet) to take advantage of the many deals that would be made available to them by v endors.

All overnight guest are entitled to the following perks:

 

•                Discount on products and services offered at the event.

•                Wine that is set up in each vendor room. (This is served to only guest wearing a Pamperfest bracelet) additional bracelets are available for a $25 donation.

•                Pamperfest goodie bags

•                10 complimentary auction tickets. Additional tickets are available at 10 for $5

When you registered for Pamperfest, you were asked to list how many guests were in your room. If you did not indicate the number of guests, please send this information to MillerPromotions@comcast.net. A Pamperfest volunteer will be at the Pamperfest registration table next to the elevator to answer any questions you may have. You can locate vendors by looking for the balloons.

Each suite offers a refrigerator and microwave. You are more than welcome to bring your snacks, or order room service. The restaurant or room service is available till 11 pm. You will be responsible for paying for your own food and drinks ordered to your room.

 

List of activities:

                A scavenger hunt that will be going on during the duration of the event. You will be given clues and you will need to go to each vendor suite to figure out which clue applies to which vendor. Please use your program to locate all the vendors participating in the event. When you have completed the scavenger hunt, please fill out the back, and enter your completed scavenger hunt card in the "Grand Prize Drawing" which is the trip for 2 to Atlantic City.

                There is a 50/50 drawing going on during the duration of the event. We will pick a winner every hour. A volunteer will be walking around selling these tickets. Winners will be listed at the registrations table.

                The welcome table is set with a contribution box, programs, and "Pink Ribbon" merchandise. Purchasing items from this table helps with our fundraising

                Vendors will be set up in their own suite. They will have their door open, or a sign on their door for appointments. You can locate vendors by looking for balloons. Please feel free to visit each suite to take advantage of goodies, giveaways, shopping, and pampering services.
