There are two types of vendor space:

- 1 Table space within a vendor suite shared with 2 other vendors
- Vendor suite


All vendors will set up in their own two-room luxury suite near the suites of those overnight event guests. All attendees will be given an event program indicating the locations of vendor suites that will provide shopping and pampering. Your suite does provide a separate living room, so you can set this area up as your mini store or pampering session area. You will have the option to do appointments, or allow walk-ins.


Secure your vendor suite with a non-refundable deposit of $25. This deposit will secure your room. We will list your 
company name and URL listed on the Pamperfest website after we receive your payment in full. The balance will be due 30 days before the event.

All attendees are encouraged to visit your suite with our scavenger hunt, complimentary wine, and the collections of goodies for goodie bags. 

All two-room suites will offer single or double occupancy! Vendors are welcome to SHARE their two-room suite with another vendor.  Only 2 companies per suite will be permitted. 

Cost: $180


NEW for 2018! Pamperfest now offers table space for vendors. You will have enough space to set up one 8' table and you will be in a suite with two other vendors. Overnight accommodations are not available. 

Cost: $60


This event will be highly marketed as a charity event, a complete evening of pampering, and the perfect gift for Mother’s day! We encourage all vendors to assist in distributing information to anyone that may be interested in attending.

All payments received by vendors for services or sales of products remains the vendors. They may or may not, at their sole discretion, contribute to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

Any attendee (excluding another vendor) that secures their suite upon recommendation from a vendor, will earn a COMPLIMENTARY AD IN THE PROGRAM. Multiple referrals will increase your ad size! Ad sizes available are: business card, 1/4, 1/2, full page. Any vendor earning a FULL PAGE will be listed as a Contributing Sponsor on the website with website links!
